Police in Red Oak, Sunday night, arrested a man for Possession of drug paraphernalia. 36-year-old Christopher Scott Martinmaas, of Red Oak, was arrested at around 7:53-p.m. and transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where his bond was set at $300.
