The Red Oak Police Department reports an arrest early Tuesday. At 2:40 a.m. Officers arrested 28-year-old Justin Lewis Marsden of Red Oak in the 300 block of Broad Street in Red Oak. He was arrested on charges of Burglary 3rd Degree, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Marsden was taken to the Montgomery County Jail and held on $5,000 bond.
