The boys golf postseason fires up on Friday with Sectional Golf Tournaments for Class 1A, 2A, and 3A schools around the state. The top two teams from each sectional advance to District Tournaments the following Friday. If a host school is among the top two, then a third team also qualifies. The top two individuals not on a qualifying team plus ties will also advance on to District play.

Here’s a look at the area Sectional sites and assignments.

CLASS 1A

@ The Meadows Country Club (Woodbury Central): Kingsley-Pierson, Lawton-Bronson, Siouxland Christian, West Monona, Westwood, Woodbine, Woodbury Central.

@ Three Lakes Golf Course (Lenox): East Mills, Essex-Stanton, Fremont-Mills, Lenox, Sidney, SW Valley.

@ Lamoni Golf and Country Club (Lamoni): Bedford, East Union, Lamoni, Mormon Trail, Mount Ayr, Nodaway Valley, Wayne.

CLASS 2A
