The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office, Wednesday, said 45-year old Shane Morgan was arrested at around 8:45-p.m. Tuesday, in Council Bluffs. Morgan was taken into custody for OWI/1st offense, and later released from the Pott. County Jail.
