FRANCES COOPER, 88, of Atlantic died Thursday, November 5th at Atlantic Specialty Care in Atlantic. Celebration of Life Graveside Services for FRANCES COOPER will be held on Wednesday, November 11th at 1:00 p.m. at the Layton Township Cemetery in Walnut. No visitation will be held.

Military honors will be given by the Atlantic Color Guard.
