The Creston Police Department reports a Creston woman was arrested Monday afternoon at the Union County Law Enforcement Center. 20-year-old Amber Keilman was taken into custody on an Adams County warrant for Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. Keilman was transferred to the custody of the Adams County Sheriff’s Department.

And, 57-year-old Timothy Fechter, of Creston, was arrested Monday afternoon at his residence, for Assault while displaying a dangerous weapon. He was later released on a $2,000 bond.

Creston Police said also, a man residing in the 300 block of N. Spruce Street, reported Monday morning, that sometime overnight, someone stole the front license plate off of his vehicle, while it was parked at his residence. The personalized plate was valued at $60.
