2 teens faces charges in Pott. County after 911 call about stolen vehicle

Sheriff’s officials in Pottawattamie County say an unidentified 15-year old female and a 14-year old male are facing charges, following an incident that took place Saturday night. Authorities say a deputy was dispatched to the 12 mile marker of Highway 92 at around 7:25-p.m., after Pott. County Communications received a 911 hangup call. A female caller told dispatch that she was in a stolen car and needed help. The 14-year old female faces charges that include: Speeding; two counts of Eluding (Speed in excess of 25 mph) while participating in a felony or resulting in serious injury; Reckless Driving, and Interference with Official Acts. The teenage male faces a charge of Interference with Official Acts.

Sunday afternoon, 53-year old Debbie Rosina Peek was arrested in Avoca, for Domestic Abuse Assault/1st offense – causing bodily injury. Saturday afternoon, 46-year old Sandra Annette Graham was arrested in Neola for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Graham was arrested after a Deputy was called to Arrowhead Park in reference to an intoxicated female who was allegedly harassing other campers. A records check revealed Graham was wanted for Failure to Appear on a Possession of Marijuana charge. She was transported to the Pott. County Jail and held on $1,000 bond.

Friday afternoon, 39-year old John Paul Hollinger, of Council Bluffs, turned himself in on a warrant for Violation of a No Contact/Protective Order. Hollinger was also wanted on a warrant for Assault (without intent) causing bodily injury, and Burglary in the 1st degree w/bodily injury. He also faces a charge of Domestic Abuse/Simple Assault. Hollinger was being held in the Pott. County Jail.  Friday morning, 20-year old Quentin Lamere, an inmate at the Pott. County Jail, was served with a warrant for Possession of a firearm or offensive weapon by a felon. He remains in the jail on $12,000 bond.

On Oct. 13th, a Pottawattamie County Deputy responded to a residence in Walnut, for a “signal check.” Authorities say 25-year old Shawn Patrick Freier was taken into custody on a Hold for another Iowa agency. Wednesday afternoon, Pott. County Jail inmate, 30-year-old Joshua Tyler Herron, of Council Bluffs, was presented with a warrant for Violation of Probation. An investigation into a vehicle parked on the side Highway 59 in Oakland, with its flashers on, resulted in the arrest on Oct. 13th, of 32-year old Gleen Raymond, of Atlantic. He was arrested for OWI/1st offense and Fugitive from Justice. Bond on the OWI charge was set at $2,000.

The Pott. County Sheriff’s Office reports also: 24-year old Brennan Joseph Carter was arrested Oct. 15th in Carson, for OWI/1st offense. On Oct. 16th, 44-year old Lorne Michael Edie, of Council Bluffs, was served at the Pott. County Jail, with a warrant for OWI/1st offense. He remains in the jail on a $1,000 bond for an unrelated charge. Early Saturday morning, 20-year old Logan Daniel Brown was arrested in Underwood, for OWI/1st offense.  Saturday night, 38-year old Meranda A. Dexter was arrested in Council Bluffs, for OWI/2nd offense, following a property damage accident. And, 37-year old Trent Matthew Suhr, of Walnut, was arrested Sunday night following a traffic stop, in Walnut. Suhr was charged with Driving While license suspended or revoked, and OWI/3rd or subsequent offense. His bond was set at $6,000.
