The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports two arrests over the weekend.

On Friday September 18th the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40-year-old Matthew Bernard Steffens of Atlantic on a charge of OWI 2^nd Offense (Aggravated). Steffens was taken to the Cass County Jail and released later that day on his own recognizance.

On Saturday, September 19th the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested 25-year-old Jessica Anne Davis of Atlantic on a charge of Public Intoxication (Simple). Davis was taken to the Cass County Jail and released later that day on her own recognizance.
