The Page County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest on a warrant, Thursday, of 21-year old Harley Thomas Martin, of Essex.  Martin was taken into custody at the Pottawattamie County Jail, on a Page County Warrant for Probation Violation.

Martin was transported to the Page County Jail, where he was being held on a $2,000 cash-only bond, pending further court proceedings.
