A Shenandoah man was arrested this (Saturday) morning, for Domestic Abuse Assault/1^st offense. According to Shenandoah Police, officers were called to the 1000 block of Peppertree Drive for a domestic situation around 1:30-a.m. Following an investigation, officers arrested 49-year-old Brett Allen Skinner and transported him to the Page County Jail, where he was being held withbout bond, pending further court proceedings.

Page County Sheriff’s Deputies assisted in conducting Skinner’s arrest.
