Police in Red Oak, Saturday afternoon, arrested 36-year old Michael Lisle Parson, of Red Oak, on a charge of Dissemination and/or Exhibit of Obscene Material to a Minor. Parson was being held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $1,000 bond.
