Officials with the City of Massena say a water pump was out of service for a period of time over the weekend. Due to the outage, residents/customers of Massena Water may have experienced some discolored water over the last few days. In an effort to clear this up for our residents as soon as possible, crews will be flushing water mains Wednesday afternoon. The City appreciates your patience and is working as quickly as possible to get the matter resolved.
