The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office says one person was arrested on drug charges this (Tuesday) morning, following the execution of a search warrant at 104 E. Walnut Street, in Red Oak. Authorities say 59-year old Victor Audie Stephens, of Red Oak, was arrested at around 7:17-a.m., on felony charges that include: two-counts Delivery of Methamphetamine, and one-count Possession of Meth with the Intent to Deliver…all Class-C felonies.

Stephens was being held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $30,000 cash bond. Deputies were assisted in the execution of the warrant by Red Oak Police.
