The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports two separate arrests took place, Monday. Authorities say 39-year old Kyle Dickey, was arrested at around 10:50-p.m following a traffic stop at the intersection of Old Lincoln Highway and Missouri Avenue. Dickey was charged with Carrying Weapons, Possession of a Controlled Substance/(Marijuana) – 1^st Offense, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

And, 58-year old Kathy Leona Palmquist, was arrested at around 11:55-p.m. Monday, following an investigation into an accident at Highway 59 and Chestnut Road. Palmquist was charged with Operating While Intoxicated/2^nd Offense.
