MARK ANTHONY RICHTER, 67, of Adair, died Friday, Feb. 21st, at home. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service for MARK RICHTER will be held 10-a.m. Wed., Feb. 26th, at the First Presbyterian Church, in Adair (with a luncheon to follow in the church fellowship hall). Johnson Family Funeral Home in Stuart has the arrangements.
