Sheriff’s deputies in Montgomery County, Thursday, arrested 30-year old Dustin Ray Aherns, of Red Oak. He was taken into custody on a Mills County warrant for Failure to Appear on a Driving While Suspended, case. Aherns was transported to the Mills County Jail and held on a $300 bond.
