The 2019-2020 high school basketball broadcast schedule on KJAN begins tonight with a girls contest in Elk Horn. The Exira-EHK Spartans host the Logan-Magnolia Panthers at 6:00pm, our pregame will start about 5:50pm. The Spartans are coming off a 17-6 campaign last year, while the Panthers were 13-9.

Spartans leading scorer Tatum Grubbs returns after averaging 14.5 points per game last season. Experienced player Jacey Anthofer, Mollie Rasmussen, Ellie Schultes, Macy Emgarten, and Kamryn Waymire also return.

The Panthers return their top two scorers from last year. Senior Kylie Morrison averaged 18.5 points per game last year and junior Emilie Thompson returns from a 11.5 ppg average.
