CAM Cougars begin Tackle Hunger Week

The CAM Cougars football team is beginning their annual Tackle Hunger week leading up to Friday night’s home game against the Boyer Valley Bulldogs. The school district is asking for donations of canned goods and other non-perishable items to boxes located at all four of the CAM school building offices this week.

Also on Wednesday, October 9th football players and coaches will be sacking groceries and taking donations at the Atlantic Hy-Vee store from 6:00pm-7:30pm to support local food pantries and the CAM Schools’ Backpack Program. Cash donations and Hy-Vee gift cards will also be accepted.

Then this Friday during the home football game against Boyer Valley they will be taking donations at the gate. CAM 5th graders will be helping collect items that night as part of their service project for the year.  A list of suggested donation items needed can be seen below.
