Police in Red Oak arrested a woman in the 300 block of E. Market Street, Saturday. 29-year old Kirstin Lynn Wilwerding, of Red Oak, was taken into custody at around 6:40-p.m., for Burglary in the 2nd Degree and Theft in the 5th Degree. She was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on a $10,000 bond.
