Red Oak Police, investigating a noise complaint early Sunday morning, ended-up arresting a man for Public Intoxication. 40-year old Tourry Brown, of Atlanta, Georgia, was taken into custody at around 1:10-a.m. in the 1100 block of N. 1st Street. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on a $300 bond.
