Harlan Girls take the top spot at Lewis Central X-C meet

The Harlan girls took first-place, Saturday, at the Lewis Central cross country meet. The Cyclones occupied four of the top ten spots individually and scored 33 points for the win. Runner-up Glenwood tallied 52 points. The Rams had three top ten individuals. Tri-Center’s Peyton Pogge won the meet and did so in convincing fashion. The junior is the top ranked runner in Class 1A and crossed the finish line in 19:50. She was nearly one full minute ahead of the next competitor. AHSTW’s team score of 126 placed 6th in the meet. a
