The Taylor County Sheriff’s Office reports a man and a woman from Clearfield were arrested early this (Sunday) morning, in Clearfield. 38-year old Roy Daugherty and 32-year old Kimberly Morrow were arrested in the 200 block of Jefferson Street, on charges that include Willful Injury, and Interference with an Official Act. Both were being held on $5,300 bond.
