Police in Red Oak, Saturday afternoon, arrested 25-year old Trent Thomas Brammer, of Shenandoah. He was taken into custody at around 3-p.m. in the 300 block of E. Elm Street, on a charge of Public Intoxication. Brammer was transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where he was being held on a $300 bond Saturday afternoon.
