The Creston Police Dept. reports a Polk County man was arrested Tuesday afternoon on a Union County warrant. 49-year old Dennis Speed, of Des Moines, was arrested on the warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree. Speed was released from the Union County Jail on a $2,000 bond.
