The body of a boater missing since late Monday afternoon in Fremont County was located this (Wednesday) morning. According to reports, the body was discovered at around 10-a.m. The victim’s name has not yet been released. The man’s unoccupied boat had been found Monday about one-mile down stream from the West Nishnabotna river’s Goldenrod Boat Access, east of Hamburg.

Crews had searched the river through late Monday night and all day Tuesday, before resuming their search this morning. Additional information concerning the location of the body was not immediately released.
