8 arrests in Creston

The Creston Police Department report eight people were arrested on separate charges over the past few days. At around 2:25-a.m. today (Monday), 39-year old Pedro Miguel Santiago Solivan, of Orlando, FL, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct. Solivan was being held in the Union County Jail on a $300 bond. Sunday night, 18-year old Hunter Linne, of Creston, was arrested at the Union County Law Enforcement Center (LEC), for Theft in the 3rd Degree. His bond was set at $2,000.

Saturday afternoon, 31-year old Christopher Pierce, of Creston, was arrested at his residence, for Driving While Suspended. He was later released on a $300 bond. At around 3:30-a.m. Saturday, 27-year old Steven White, of Creston, was arrested for OWI/1st offense. He was later released on a $1,000 bond. And at around 12:05-a.m. Saturday, 36-year old Shaheed Harris, of Creston, was arrested at his home on a charge of Domestic Assault – Simple misdemeanor. He was released from custody on a Promise to Appear in Court.

Friday morning, 34-year old Dusty Champlin, of Creston, was arrested at his home on a Driving While Barred, charge. He was later released on a $2,000 bond. Friday night, 43-year old Jennifer Miller, of Greenfield, was arrested in the Summit Lake parking area, on charges that include Possession of a Controlled Substance (PCS), and Possession of drug paraphernalia. She was later released from the Adams County Jail on a $1,300 bond.

And, 21-year old Brandon Tull, of Creston, was arrested Friday afternoon at his home, on two Union County warrants for: Failure to Appear Driving While Barred, Possession of a Controlled Substance/1st offense and unlawful possession of prescription drugs; and PCS/1st offense. He was additionally charged with PCS/1st offense and Possession of paraphernalia. Tull was being held in the Union County Jail on a $6,000 bond.
