A man from Story County was arrested Friday evening in Montgomery County. The Sheriff’s Office says 24-year old Lucas Scott Brooks, of Zearing, was arrested for Criminal Mischief in the 5th Degree, following an incident on Highway 34, near mile marker 30, west of Red Oak. He was taken into custody at around 6:52-p.m. and then released on a summons to appear in court at a later date.
