MARSHALLTOWN – The Iowa Department of Correction reports 33-year old Luke David Sears, who was convicted of Burglary in the 2nd Degree and Domestic Abuse Assault in Hardin County, failed to report back to the Marshalltown Residential Center  as required Friday night.  Sears is a white male, 5-feet 6-inches tall, and weighs 178 pounds. He was admitted to the work release facility on May 15, 2019.  Persons with information on Sears’ whereabouts should contact local police.
