A gust of wind caused a semi to blow-over onto its side early this morning, in Pottawattamie County. Interstate 80 eastbound just south of the I-680 split was rerouted to Neola and onto Railroad Highway back to I-680 until the wreck was cleared at around 8-a.m. today. The Interstate had been closed for about 90-minutes. No injuries were reported.
