Police in Red Oak, Sunday evening, arrested a man on felony criminal mischief charges. 21-year old Devon Lee Smith, of Red Oak, was arrested at around 6:20-p.m. for Criminal Mischief in the 2^nd degree, a (Class D Felony). Smith was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on a $5,000 bond.
