The Union County Sheriff’s Office reports a Creston man, 51-year old Jeffrey John Lusk, was arrested at around 6:30-p.m. Thursday. Lusk was arrested at the Union County Law Enforcement Center, on a Union County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal mischief in the 2nd degree. Lusk was being held in the Union County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
