A woman from Nebraska was arrested at around 4:30-a.m. Saturday, following a traffic stop in Adams County. Deputies stopped a vehicle speeding 81 miles per hour in a 55 mile per hour zone. Upon further investigation, Kaitlyn Richards of Omaha, NE was taken into custody on an Arrest Warrant through the Council Bluffs Police Department for Fraud.

Richards was transported to the Adams County Jail and held on $5,000 bond awaiting transport to the Pottawattamie County Jail. Richards was additionally cited for Speeding and for having No Valid Driver’s License.
