The Glenwood Police Department reports the arrest of a Glenwood man on an assault charge on Thursday. Officers arrested 65-year-old James Raybourn of Glenwood for Assault while Displaying a Weapon. Raybourn was taken to the Mills County Jail and held on $2,000 cash or surety bond.
