Following Clemson’s dominating performance to win the College Football Playoff National Championship over Alabama 44-16, the Tigers sit atop the final AP Top 25 poll of the season. Ohio State jumped up to third in the final poll, despite not playing in the CFP. Iowa finishes at No. 25 in the final poll.
