UNDATED (AP) — Wisconsin’s Jonathan Taylor turned in the best performance of his career in a week that saw four of the season’s top nine rushing totals. Taylor carried 33 times for 321 yards in an overtime win over Purdue, increasing his nation-leading total to 1,869 yards. With 3,846 career yards, Taylor has broken fellow Badger Ron Dayne’s FBS record for combined rushing totals as a freshman and sophomore.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — ESPN’s “Monday Night Football” crew is under the spotlight every week, but attention will be further magnified when the Los Angeles Rams host the Kansas City Chiefs in a matchup of 9-1 teams. This week’s game carries more storylines than usual. It’s the first Monday night game in Los Angeles since 1985 and the first time ever that teams with one or fewer losses each have met on Monday night this late in the season.

AMES, Iowa (AP) — Bridget Carleton and Ines Nezerwa had 15 points each and Iowa State dominated throughout to beat No. 24 Miami 75-52 in the Preseason WNIT championship. Iowa State pulled away to its largest lead with a 14-2 run to get to 70-44 on Nezerwa’s layup with 5:38 left in the game.
