Memorial services for DONNA BELLE (ADKINS) FASTLE will be held on Monday, November 26th at 11:00am at the First Presbyterian Church in Earlham. Johnson Family Funeral Home in Earlham has the arrangements.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 26th from 10:00am-11:00am, an hour prior to services at the church.

Burial will be in the Earlham Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the Earlham Fire and Rescue and sent in care of the Johnson Family Funeral Home.
