Sheriff’s officials in Pottawattamie County report a traffic stop Thursday morning in Council Bluffs, resulted in the arrest of a woman on a warrant. An SUV was pulled over near 2nd and Front Streets at around 8:35-a.m., due to the registered owner showing a warrant. The driver was identified as 37-year old Marissa Gayle Horton, of Council Bluffs. Horton’s name was run through NCIC and showed a valid Felony warrant through Council Bluffs for fraudulent practices first degree. The woman was placed in handcuffs and transported to corrections where she was booked in on the warrant.
