Officials with the Union County Law Enforcement Center received a call Saturday afternoon, with regard to a vehicle in the 1400 block of 190^th.   The vehicle, with two flat tires, was parked along the road. Authorities say the 1975 Plymouth owned by Mike Eblen, had been stolen from a lot in Creston where it was stored.
