4 arrests in Pott. County

The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports four people were arrested on separate charges, recently. A traffic stop on Interstate 29 at around 1-a.m. today (Friday) by a Mills County Deputy, resulted in the arrest of 55-year old Thomas Edward Kirsch, of Omaha, on an active Pottawattamie County bench warrant. A traffic stop on a vehicle at around 3-a.m today (Friday), resulted in the arrest of 45-year old Christina Marie Kendrick, of Crescent. Kendrick was taken into custody on a warrant out of Nebraska for being a Fugitive from Justice. She was being held without bond in the Pott. County Jail.

At around 8-p.m. Thursday, 53-year old Donald Lee Graham, Jr., of Council Bluffs, was arrested on an active Pott. County warrant for Assault Causing Bodily Injury. His bond was set at $5,000, plus a $1,000 bond for Possession of a Controlled Substance/Marijuana – 1st offense.  And, at around 12:20-p.m. Thursday, 39-year old Michael Joseph Lambert, of Ralston, NE., was arrested after he crossed into Iowa while having a valid arrest warrant out of Buffalo County, Nebraska, for being a Fugitive from Justice.  Lambert was being held without bond on the warrant, and for Theft in the 1st degree as well as Providing False Information to Law Enforcement.
