Police in Red Oak say a man was arrested at around 4-p.m. Saturday, on a Theft charge. 31-year old Benjamin William Hrabik, of Red Oak, was taken into custody on a warrant for Theft in the 5th Degree. He was arrested in the 300 block of E. Oak Street and held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $300 cash bond.
