The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest Monday night of a Red Oak man. At 10:30pm Deputies arrested 29-year-old Phillip Michael McDonald of Red Oak for Public Intoxication following an incident in the 100 block of West Valley Street in Red Oak. McDonald was taken to the Montgomery County Jail and held on $300 bond.
