The Page County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Bedford man back on August 9th after a traffic stop. Deputies conducted a traffic stop that day on a Mitsubishi Eclipse on Highway 2 approximately 1/2 mile west of Clarinda. It was discovered that the driver 25-year-old James Robert Castillo of Bedford had a suspended driver’s license. Castillo was arrested and transported to the Page County Jail on $566.25 bond. He was later released on bond.
