The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports an arrest on Thursday following a traffic stop. 45-year-old Rayla Kay Maybee of Percival was arrested on I-29 near the 32 mile-marker at 10:10pm for OWI 2nd Offense, Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability, and Speeding. Maybee was taken to the Mills County Jail and held on $2,000 bond.
