Police in Red Oak made an arrest Sunday, in connection with damage to a motor vehicle that took place Saturday. 38-year old Luke Daniel Rinehart, of Red Oak, was arrested at around 9:12-p.m. in the 300 block of 2nd Avenue, for Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree. Rinehart was being held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $2,000 bond.
