...THE FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 830 PM CDT FOR
NORTHWESTERN MILLS AND SOUTHWESTERN POTTAWATTAMIE COUNTIES...

At 552 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Estimates are that 2 to 3 inches of rain fell in the
advisory area as of about 545 pm and around another inch of rain is
possible before 830 pm.  This will cause minor flooding in the
advisory area.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Council Bluffs, Crescent, McClelland and Lake Manawa State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
