Sheriff’s Deputies in Page County today (Tuesday), arrested 44-year old Joseph Edward Harris, of rural Essex. Harris was taken into custody on a Page County Warrant for Probation violation.  He was being held in the Page County Jail on charges of Burglary 3^rd Degree and Theft 2^nd Degree when he was arrested on the latest charge.  Harris’s total bond is currently $15,000.
