The Adams County Sheriff’s Office reports 33-year old Justin Brown, of Clearfield, was arrested at around 10:30-a.m. today (Tuesday), for Driving While Barred. Authorities say Brown was observed operating a 2008 Nissan Altima, and law enforcement knew he did not have a valid license. After a traffic stop was conducted at 8th and Hull in Corning, Brown was taken into custody.
