Mills County Sheriff’s report (3/19) – 3 arrested for Child Endangerment

The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports a woman from Malvern was arrested Sunday afternoon for Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drugs and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 21-year old Bailey Nicole Taylor was arrested at around 2:30-p.m. and held on a $1,300 bond. Three people were arrested recently in Mills County on Child Endangerment charges 30-year old Annalisa Y Rooks, of  Omaha, NE was also charged with OWI/1st offense after being pulled over on I-29 at around 5:30-a.m. Her bond was set at $3,000. 32-year old Andrew Steven Wilson, of Glenwood was arrested early Sunday morning and charged with 2 counts of Child Endangerment. His bond was set at $2,000. Also arrested at the same location for Child Endangerment, was 25-year old Shelli Leigh Wilson, of Glenwood. Her bond was also set at $2,000.

And, at around 2-a.m. today (Monday), 24-year old Zachary James Phillips, of Fremont, NE., was arrested for OWI/1st offense. Bond was set at $1,000.
