CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) — The NCAA Tournament has an altered landscape for the Sweet 16 after losing four of its top eight seeds. Top seeds Virginia and Xavier are gone, along with 2-seeds North Carolina and Cincinnati. That leaves Villanova and Kansas as the remaining No. 1 seeds, while No. 11 seeds Syracuse and Loyola-Chicago are the surprise teams vying to make it to San Antonio for the Final Four.
