The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports a woman visiting the Pottawattamie County Jail was arrested at around 10-a.m. Monday, on warrants for Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability – accident related, and Permitting an Unauthorized person to drive. 36-year old Jennifer Lee Kell (Osler), of Council Bluffs, was arrested without incident and turned over to corrections staff.

And, 24-year old Amber Lynn Buman, of Harlan, was arrested at around 9:15-p.m. Monday, on a warrant for Violation of Probation. Buman was transferred from a Shelby County Deputy to the custody of a Pott. County Deputy, and booked into the Pottawattamie County Jail.
